Second round might very well play out the same as the first round. Both of the top seeds swept the season series against their respective opponents, however "The Beast" went on a buying spree and so that could very well toss the number one seed out of the cup race. If so "the Beast" will most likely take it all.

Congratulations to the 9th and 10th seeds for winning their rounds while 12 and 13 need another game to decide who advances. Don't take the placement rounds for granted. They lay a solid basis for improvement and learning that can really help you succeed in the future.

Come on, man. Most of the season is boring with the NoNs and one-logins. If I have to manufacture reasons to get excited, then you just have to be quiet and let me have my fun=D

Yeah, I really want to promote soon, getting real tired of the NoNs and 1-offs. But its happening a lot at the next level too

And besides that my team isn't really ready for II yet, I would demote after a season as it is. But I really hope I can make the jump next season. I'm hoping for decent OTR and good sponsors.

Had to stop selling players because I hit the premium and now I really need to sell of staff because in the long run its a real cash drain. The staff salaries are out of control.

I've also been trying to get everyone scouted to ensure I don't lose a decent player due to bad guesses from my staff. But I need to do the same for my staff soon. I think I'll switch to staff members once I only have players under 60% AvgQ to scout.

Honestly, you're better off staying down an extra season. I hated losing in the playoffs, but my OTR is much better for it. I was at 190 at the end of last season. I might have been able to get back there if I had promoted, but it would have been close. And I might have demoted anyway.

If I can promote this season, OTR will be around 250. That's a huge difference. I'm hoping for one of those 10M a week sponsor offers. Stuff's getting expensive

And don't get me started on the staff. I can't seem to get rid of them. I have way too many, but I don't want to sell any of them until they're scouted. At this point, I know who's good and who isn't, but I can't bring myself to do anything until I'm absolutely sure. It's stupid. And expensive. I have to get rid of some of those guys now.

Yeah I have the same problem, especially because the AvgQ's swing way too much at my level of facilities, I don't want to let anybody go. But now that I seem to have decent staff I'm setting anyone that has both ratings below 60 to not renew. That only trims 5 of my staff. The rest I will wait for scouting on and sell off any extras below the top 3 unless avgQ is worth holding onto them. But even then I will probably try to sell them. But my scouting is only at 33%/day atm so I won't be getting to any staff for another 2 weeks or more depending on pulls from the SA.

My OTR is only at 178 so I know its too low. I have no illusion about promoting this season, but I want to promote next season if at all possible.

I ended up throwing a bunch of staff on the market. I have to cut down. Hopefully I'm not selling anyone decent. I'll be getting hit with some penalties for selling too many in 112 days. I didn't realize there was a limit on staff sales, and I was just buying and selling looking for a few with two decent Qs. Oops.

I say my team will beat CTD in 2 games(sorry Dark but it's war now ) and to be honest I have no idea on Atomics vs Beast. I would say Atomics but after that buying spree it's going to be interesting. I'll go with Atomics in 3 games only because I want revenge for losing in the regular season haha

I don't really disagree. I would love to steal a match, but that probably won't happen either. You beat me in team strength in every category.

I think even with the buying spree, the Atomics will take that series because of overall team balance and experience. Beast will probably take one game.

It will be interesting that is for certain.
