Generally I would pull a 195-205 player every arrival for about 4 arrivals. Highest one I pulled so far was a 213.

It was actually a pretty even game considering the score. We both had 25 shots and 3 power plays. I just got a bit luckier on special teams. I don't think I'll go 3 for 3 very often.
My new youth pull trained his shot at 42%. That means his shot Q is only in the 60s

Yeah. We're slowly getting more people who stick around, but it's painful. When I started midway through season 3, there were only 4 other active teams. We're up to 11 now. That's progress. Sort of.
Its really hard to verify your strategies and tactics when the noname games skew everything so badly.
And it's worse than I thought. I checked out the other teams. Most of them are inactive. I think Pittsburgh and maybe one other team is somewhat active. The Sandwich team is new so they could go either way. I sent him an email. Hopefully he replies so we can help him understand the game a bit and maybe he'll stick around.
Sent some mail to the LC Tigers as well. He's had an account since 2009, but only just got a team recently. I'll be happy if either one replies.

Whoa. The Smugglers bite alien in the ass again. Much like Garnette had me last season, those guys have your number. And don't look now, but you're in second and their in seventh. You guys will meet in the first round again. Getting nervous yet, alien?
I had my best pull last night Two guys over 200 OR. The 212OR guy is Raymond Wall . He is neither a d-man nor a goalie, but he has decent Qs for a winger (80O,75S,99T,92A). I'll be very happy if those are right
At 240OR, Chester Beadle is my best pull by quite a bit. He's set up to be a good center, but his tech Q is a bit low (52). Hopefully that's a lot higher. I would hate to have to turn him into a d-man (99Q only 22def). And he would be another stinking LD. I'm already starting 6 LD because I can't find any good RDs that I can afford.

Nicely done! I managed to pull a RD (only 186) and avg Q, but he immediately makes it to my first line because my RDs suck that bad.
Does everyone's RDs suck? Like I said, I only have two RDs starting, and they aren't perfect. The German has main atty Qs in the 60's and Tech in the 80s. The Russian is about the same, but his Aggr Q is in the 30s. The 6th worst LD is my RD4. He's got D, T & A Qs in the 70s, with P being a bit low at 53. I've been looking for RDs almost since I started and this is the best that my cheap ass has been able to find.
Beadle ended up with 77AQ. His Def Q dropped to 88 and his Tech Q bounced to 64, so he can be a center. Yay.
