And @OldCity: No idea but CarPark = 1/2 that of the other 3 based on cost to build. The other three I would assume with a high level of confidence that it doesn't matter which one you build they all have the same influence.

Shevzor is the captain of the US support team. He is responsible for promoting the game in the US
It encourages me that he is in my league. That's one team that HAS TO stick around. I'm sick of people joining and dropping in bunches.
if a player is unscouted, does he train by his actual Q or his shown Q?
Actual Q. So you can sort of scout players without really scouting them by comparing their training to a scouted players training.
How the heck did Shevzor become a captain of supporting the US without having ever being involved with any of our goings on? No offense to the guy but it seems a bit silly to appoint someone as a captain who has done nothing.
in one of the other forums, i read that it is more of a promoting the game position rather than a "great manager" position. he may well have been the only volunteer to help promote the game here in the US.
Yeah, promoting the game is the biggest role of the captain.
Just keep in mind that coaching efficiency varies for the two sets of Qs and thus a D-Q will train different then an O-Q of the same value if they efficiency is not equal.

I didn't mean it as a harmful thing, just moreso that I didn't know that they were even looking for promoters
