I'm wondering if I should keep my both teams or I should sell around 10 players and buy a few key players instead...? Thanks guys for advice.
Keep "both" teams what do you mean my "both"? As in hockey and soccer or you have two lineups you play in soccer?
2 lineups in soccer. Is this a good strategy in the long term knowing you don't care about suspensions or injuries ; + energy management is much easier. On the other side, chemistry is harder to maintain close to 100% and players get less XP.
I'd only do that if all 22 players are long-term worthy. If you have guys who are sellers, don't waste chem and exp on them. You can run two lineups, but some players would be in both.
I have 2 line-ups in soccer. One for my league games and National Cup, and one for my International Tourney round robin and friendly matches. It works out well for energy saving.
I run two lines and couple prospects.

No way!!! I've been competing for a while to maintain my 2nd rank in terms of OTR. Though I see Yoshi coming back very hard next season, even challenging Slavko, especially if he qualifies again for CWC!
International competition is key. I was hoping that by ignoring league play and focusing on the NC I could regain some ground that I lost from missing out on international action for a couple seasons. However, *sOmEoNe* put a stop to that didn't he...
