Ya, you had to beat me in Penalty Kicks eh! Frick my team is in shambles from being away from ppm for 10 days or so, at least now i've won the last 2 league games since I've been back online.
I just hope I avoid you and the other strong div2 teams. If I don't make the NC this season I fear my team will hit a massive funk.
I suppose I could have beat you in extra time if I hadn't missed that PK, or in regulation time if I hadn't given up that tying goal in the 89th minute... or saved either of your shots. However, my boys seem to prefer the dramatic, so it had to be the penalty shootout.

I'm pretty sure that all the other truly strong Div II teams are still on your side of the draw, so you should be pretty safe for at least one more round, Scott. I'm hoping for an easier draw this round--that last match was hard to watch. Manager was chugging Jack and Pepto by the end... darn ulcers.
I drew NKDJ last season. Can you beat that?

Sadly, in PPM, a win is a win. Beat a 1 OTS team in your league is the same as beating a 100 OTS team in your league... to within a few OTR tenths of a point.
Oh well, I had hoped for a good run, but it looks a bit bleak now (unless slavko has decided to focus all his attention on his other cups and league, lol).
