im new here, just wanna say what up.

came along with raleigh from III3. it looks like II1 is the toughest from all 2nd div leagues.

Wow. You really added some players, eh? Be careful with those old guys. Most or all of them were already 3/6, which means their training will be pretty bad. If they help you survive, then they are worth it

Just be careful you don't put all of your money into those types of players. Especially with your facilities as low as they are! You really need to build up the Big Four (Training, Regeneration, Sports Academy & Human Resources) in order to stay competitive. T & R are especially important. I would get those two straight to 10 asap. Maybe build up SA & HR along the way as money permits.

@tujague, well those old players dont train well, so its kinda pointless to develop them facilities, im still planning to develop maintenance center and economic dpt, but anyway im not planning on keeping them for long time, you can always buy new players...

Its much more effective in the long term to develop your facilities and build from within and by occasionally purchasing prospects from the market. Buying new players has a couple of problems: it's expensive to continually buy players that are going to lose market value while playing for a team with low facilities and there is the issue of developing chemistry for a new group of players every few season.

Personally, I'm trying to buy older players that are generally cheaper so I can focus on facilities. It is surprising how well some of those geasers can still train at low CL if their qualities are high.

No you definitely want to focus on developing your facilities. Your current older players may not benefit a ton from it now, but when you do start getting good youth, you need your facilities to be good to train them.

Buying older players can be ok as a short-term fix in the beginning, but the only way to sustain long term growth and improvement in your team is to continually develop facilites, especially Training, Regeneration, and Youth School.

well, disregard the money, but the time to build the facilities to the point where you can actually have some decent juniors coming out of academy and train them well is about 4 seasons or so.. so as SamuriFish said im doing this as short term fix. keep in mind that i have played only one full season yet.. so like i said it will take few seasons no matter what to build you facilities, and im building as we speak.

Playing low or very low and I already have players, with energy: 99. They didn't even played in the friendlies...

its normal, the decimals are not shown. very low will take .1 and low .25 so if you played 2 games on low, and one on very low your energy is lower than 99.5, its only displayed as 99.

Dammit. I can't keep up with you! Looks very nice I really should have built mine connected like that. I went for balance instead, so my triples are on opposite sides of the rink.

can u guys give me tips how to arrange friendly games, pls? i need to step it up..
