(I am not sure what you are thinking, but, you are better off checking the market to see what players of his skills are selling now, no way to guarantee he'll get bought buy an American team, and honestly you can probably get more for him on the market from a foreign team depending on his skills)

Lol, eeoulo has been blocked for trying to "spread the wealth", aka buying random USA players. I appreciate his effort to keep the cash in the US though. A for effort.
Because he was not smart enough. First he had to spend the money, and than get rid of his team.
I was wondering if he would get hit for that. Just noticed it myself when I looked at his transfers. Certainly manipulating the game.
I figured he'd spend it all on someone from my team to get me banned. That'd improve balance...

Nine games in and I'm still a playoff team! I thought for sure this would be the one to knock me out. And I have two more competitive games coming up. I could be a decent I.1 team after 11 games=)
But then I have a brutal 8 game stretch. The only game I'll have a chance in is against the Philly War Machine. And this is how I'll close the season as well
I guess I won't have to struggle to fit my training camps in this season.
