Содржина: Transfer fee 112 days calculation

Hi,

I have some difficulties understanding how the transfer fees are determined. I would really appreciate if someone could help me out.

I know there is a 112 days window in which you can sell up to 10 players with a 5% fee and then this fee % increases. I am not sure how this 112 days window is calculated exactly. Here are my questions :

1) Is the transfer fee % (from 5 to 50%) determined on the day the player is placed on the market or the day the player is sold?

2) Is the number of days for this 112 days window begins on the date the players have been placed on the market or the date the players have been sold?

It is determined when the player is sold.
