I am back and ready to learn a completely new sport to me. I sort of left here with a whimper when maintaining two higher level teams became too much. Manually adjusting training to fit a decent ratio 4 or 5 times a week just got too much.
Now I'm spending a majority of my time this next month and a half living in a college dorm for summer school. With this opportunity I want to build this handball team from scratch (like everyone else XD) and also build a new soccer/hockey team...probably soccer because I had success there. I also want to blog about it. Let me know what you think or ask any questions while I try to figure out how to navigate this layout.

Welcome back!
What I do in soccer, where I don't have the pro-pack, is to use a cookie cutter ratio for each type of position. I generally train the main attribute by ten, and then increase the secondary attribute with the best quality by 4/5/6/7 based on the ratio, and then proceed with the next secondary attribute. Once I finish all of the secondary attributes, I increase the primary attribute by ten again. I also don't start training secondary attributes until a new players hits 100 on the primary attribute and then train the other attributes to 40/50/60/70, so I don't have to pay too much attention to 15 year olds and some 16 year olds.
Using this method, I can quickly skim through the practice page (by position) in one to two minutes, and I only have to change the attribute for 5-10 players per day (and it doesn't really matter if I miss a few days). I also don't have to do any calculations since I am just focusing on multiples/milestones that I've memorized over time.
I don't know if this was helpful at all, but I seem to manage to get through training fairly fast and efficiently when I remember to log on.

Yeah, but I had players in the 300s at least for soccer and approaching 500s with growing improvements. I was spoiled by my pro pack and with starting college, this got neqlected. I tried to market my better players but a lot of new ones fell into the abyss.
I will try that Milestone technique though!I think I did that a little, but it got messy when I had two powerful complex teams. But that was a year and a half ago, so I should be better

Welcome back, Rayvok! It's pretty rare to see someone come back
Good timing though. It's going to take a long time to get your hockey and soccer teams back where they were. At least now you'll have a chance to be competitive with the handball team.

Don't forget they plan on making a hockey 2nd server soon so it may not be too difficult there.
0.0 that will be interesting. Is it just going to be a copy of the current structure or will they do try something slightly new? Because when they get to Tennis and Formula, National leagues make less sense. (well, tennis to a lesser extent)
Your Press Release from 4.23.2011 is still the last one posted in Soccer I.1
Looks like your team isn't in any league anymore. Wow. I can't believe you've been gone a whole year already. Your soccer team folded on 5.11.12.
Going through the PRs in hockey I.1, it looks like the Jackson Jaguars have come back as well. He was the top dog in my league when I started. Worked his way up to I.1, then quit when he realized he could never catch Leggmann.

I think there will be some improved things but nothing major.
Yeah that would be nice if you would blog but think for the good of USA and the future of the national team: we need more managers to play handball...
darn, if I came back two weeks sooner it would have been perfect!
