Thanks to everyone who voted for me in this very close election. I would also like to thank XaviesCrown for the great work he's done these past 2 seasons.

I would like to explain how player selection will be made for the U20 under my tyrannical rule. I will select twenty-two 20 year olds and twenty-two 19 year olds, the starting line-up will consist of those I judge most useful for their respective positions which based on the information I have at the moment would mean five 19 year olds or six if we include the back-up goalie. The ranking of players is made by inputting player information into my computer and analyzing it "with science." I value shooting strongly, so don't be surprised to see players with a high primary attribute kicked off the team if their shooting is low.

I don't currently have any good options for the second 19 year old goalie slot. I am going to need suggestions. Of course if you have or know of a better candidate for any of the positions, do let me know.

J'aimerais expliquer comment la sélection pour l'U20 sera fait sous mon règne tyrannique. Je séléctionnerai vingt-deux joueurs de 20 and et vingt-deux joueurs de 19 ans, l'alignement partant consistera des ceux que je jugerai les plus utiles à leurs positions respectives. En se basant sur l'information que j'ai en ce moment cela voudrait dire qu'il y aurait 5 joueurs de 19 and ou 6 si l'on inclus le gardien auxiliaire. Le classement est accompli en entrant dans mon ordinateur l'information des joueurs et en l'analysant avec de la "science." J'attribue une forte valeur au tir, alors ne soyez pas surpris de voir des joueurs avec un attribut primaire élevé se voir exclure de l'équipe si leur tir est faible.

Pour les Gardiens vous pouvez voir les candidats ci-haut. Seulement les deux meilleurs candidats de chaque groupe d'âge seront séléctionnés. Pour les gardiens de 19 ans, je n'ai présentement aucun candidat valable en ce moment pour le deuxième poste et je vais donc avoir besoin de suggestions. Evidemment si vous avez ou connaissez un joueur supérieur aux candidats actuels, laissez-le moi savoir.

Despite his low shooting, I think Maximus Davies should get the nod at LW. His OR is just too high to ignore, he put up a lot of points for the U18.
As for a decent RD and another 19 year old goalie, the pickings are slim.

Good job with all the selections you`ve made.
