Well done! U20s are hard. Managing different teams, I have noticed it was easier to have success at the U18 level because players are less developed. We have a smaller pool of players to choose from, but there is less separation between the best and the rest, therefore with good planning and tactics, a win is possible against any team. I have found the U20 to already be harder to make way. Well done to you!

Thanks! I have no experience with the U18 and Senior clubs but I do know that U20 is kinda chaotic.

U20 would have no chance at success if it weren't for our group of dedicated managers who raise and train new players, I raise my glass to all of you!
