Haha. At the rate I'm collecting them by the time I sell them I'll basically be giving them away free.
Is an education center really worth it?
1. You spend lots of money to raise its level.
2. There is only a small improvement in training.
3. The training of staff members leads to ridiculous salaries.
Your thoughts?

The salaries are only ridiculous so long as their attributes are unbalanced. Keep Atty1 ~= Atty2 and salaries are much lower given the same OR but Attyi >> Attyj.
My EC has lead to some great staff members. Mind you I didn't balance their training so I'm paying for that now. BUT. Do it right and there is a benefit for sure. Facilities slowly get more and more expensive. Thus to improve in certain areas it is more economical to have killer staff...

Yes, but we should not be so heavily punished for having specialty staff members.
Question USA peeps, I pulled a player with the following Qs
Def 99, Off 85, Passing 58 Tec 94, Aggr 99
Logically, I should make him a winger, I need a winger on his side.
Yet he was trained by the academy as a D, so he has 40 more points on D right now than O.
Do you train him in D, considering how crazy high his other stats are to compensate for a low passing? Or bite the bullet (and take advantage of camps) to train him as a wing?
It also helps he is 6/6

I'm not a USA peep, but i'll throw my 3 quarters worth in
If you don't need a D, and do need a winger, then go with the wing training. His Def. atty will help him be a 2-way player and help the overall defensive strength of the line he's on.

Well the bonus here is, RD and RW (where i'm looking to place him ) are both weak.
RW possibly only slightly more due to me having some LD on the way up, and my 2 top defenders are Universal that have had to play left. Heck, right now all my left side defenders are universal

the decisive thing should be the sooting. if he is low make him a defender and train him only on passing when u train offensive skills. heck, my top defender has 61 on passing and now he is the 3rd defender in Romania with a 17 difference between passing and teh/agr.

Not bad. My best Dman is 123-72-62 (Def-Pas-Agg) with equal tec/agg. he's also got 70 shootingg.
mine is 140-87-70-70 and 48 on shooting but i'll start offensive from 1st of september (one month rotation) so he will get some shooting too. we've put a minimal limit of 60 shooting for NT defenders so he needs to get some points on that

unfortunately is only one so spring is a long way
