New clubs SHOULD not be able to hire staff with high OR. Do you think an experienced NHL coach would get an NHL type salary in a junior league?
The higher OR comes with the ability to pay his salary. New clubs should only ever buy within their clubs financial means. PPM have done very well to create a system where each club can semi-determine their own expenses, and staff is a big part of that.

Well it seems like your way is easier way. New clubs should have limit as they do for 10 experience rule for market.
Staff salaries are incredibly high and seem out of place, but the logic is that staff have a limited OR, players seemingly don't, so in time monster players will be paid a ton more than the best staff. I guess it's a programming issue as to why its done this way.

Both are day 112 of the season. 
Is it recommended to spread season bonuses throughout the regular lineup or to concentrate them on the same players?
Concentrate them on the players who will draw large RFA offers when they hit 26 years old.
So in my first training camp this season, I was able to send 18 players. This training camp, it says I am limited to 17. Anyone know why this is?
Weaker staff I am guessing.
While searching for friendly opponents, I see some clubs playing another club multiple times in the same month ... sometimes the entire month's schedule is agains the same opponent. Why would they do this? Is it a way to cheat?
For some it's an easy way to find opponents to fill your schedule, non-pro pack users can't schedule as far in advance, and can't use the game finder
