i wonder just how much "direct influence" exp has on simulation

Wow you have a really young starting 11....

Mine is 22, 6 of my starting 11 are still originals from the team.

My eldest one is 20 year old goalie soon to be replaced with a talented 16 year old. Everybody else on my starting eleven is 17 and under.
