Is it just me or has anyone else noticed that people who should be winning the graphics competitions hands down are being blown away, by someone who just pasted a picture on a template?

In the puck competition, there is a guy who should be blowing everyone away, including me and he is being blown away by a few simple copy and pastes.

Looks to me like some people have multiple accounts and are voting for themselves?

This was noticed, and discussed but what is being done is not against any rules. Basically countries are only voting for their own country's artwork. Not illegal, but defeats the purpose and impossible to police.

If you want to win a pennant or puck competition, just insert a girl in a bikini on a pennant or puck and you will be in the top 3. You're welcome!

Many reasons. One, it keeps people buying pennants etc.

If it's bringing money in then good. Maybe I'm the exception, but it doesn't seem worth it to me. Although I'm not the creative type anyway.

Agreed. If it helps PPM financially, all for it since it is no skin off my back. I don't make those goodies to win anything anyway. Well, that's a lie, I make them to win the hearts and souls of my fans

Id rather have some special things given to players when they complete the world pennants. that is my reason to have a pennant. the competition is silly cause its obvious that people winning are somehow cheating.

for competition it would be better if PPM team would look at the ones available and pre select some .. then NT managers would vote for some (maybe giving order of preference) then the remaining would be available for everybody to vote.

cheating would be a bit more difficult and at least it would be high quality ones available to be voted.

or/and teams with pennants get 50% discount on entering credit tournaments

Or even some very small in game advantage (that wont add much advantage) as 5% more fans going to the home stadium.

I mean, there are many creative things that cold be done with pennants other than just "allowing" people to cheat for credits.

I agree bull that I would like to see something implemented to cut down or eliminate the cheating.

Outsider, my post was not about me wanting to win, but about the guy who should be winning. He has two pucks much better than mine and I had no idea about the competition until after I made the pucks. I love making graphics and thought is was a great perk. But, since there is a competition, I think the right person should win for their hard work.

off topic but ive noticed in finland and few other countries they schedule the same team for 40 freindlies a season thats a form of cheating also it shouldnt be allowed its obvious theres somthing fishy there ive noticed it more than a few times while issueing challenges

heres an example league 1 div 1 finland the steel ants play HC Hegunator at least 10 to 20 times a month its just wrong no fans would go see the same two teams playing each other over n over n over endlesly
