What happened, Hossman? Your team usually owns mine. I was 1-5 against you before this. Outscored 6-14 in the 5 loses. I considered the one win a fluke, but it was a lot like these two PO games (7-1).

What's weird is that we've had so many different types of games. From tight defensive shootouts to crazy explosive shootouts, shutouts, blowouts, blown leads... I never know what to expect. With a shot at promotion to I.1 on the line, this one should be intense.

I'm trying to figure out what happened, too. Fatigue? Team getting "old?" I'm baffled to be outright massacred, but guess the luck's finally running out.
How's your energy? My starters are 89-93, with a couple of new guys at 97 & 99. The new guys are 3rd & 4th liners, so they don't really count.
I think the blowouts are what's really confusing. I could see us pulling out a 3-2 win. That would be more in line with the types of games we played previously. But 8-2? Weird result. Maybe PPM is trying to force me to promote since I said I wanted to stay in II.1 for at least another season)

I think I was over 70M once after taking out a loan to start some construction. And that was soccer. In hockey, I can't even get the 57M together to get T13 started. Maybe the end of season bonuses will finally get me there.

That and he has a much better team I have him in shot, but his goalie (+16) and defense (+17) are much better than mine.

Our energy should be about the same. I went through and looked at league, playoff and NC games and computed the energy of players who played in all of those game (I ignored friendlies) and my team came out with 0.4 more energy. Probably not enough to make a significant difference.
I'm in a similar situation. My soccer facilities are much more developed than my hockey facilities. In fact, my hockey facilities are stagnant right now and I definitely need some prize money to help with new construction.
