Working fine for me. Try a hard refresh (CTRL+F5). If that doesn't work, check to make sure it is active. If it is, uninstall and re-install.

Hey... I think ppme is tweaked somehow. Not the implementation or interface, but I think there's something wrong in the calculation(s) at the moment.

I added additional ratios, above and beyond the standard/defaults, in order to break players out by "offensive" or "defensive" by nature. The sole differentiation between the two is an inverse relationship between the shot and block category.

For example:

PPMe Offensive Wing Ratios:
4 Fip - 3 Sho - 1 Blk - 1 Pas - 2 Tec - 3 Spd - 1 Agr

PPMe Defensive Wing Ratios:
4 Fip - 1 Sho - 3 Blk - 1 Pas - 2 Tec - 3 Spd - 1 Agr

So as you can see above, the ONLY difference between the two ratios is the SHO and BLK values.

I have a player who has the exact same (scouted) qualities for SHO and BLK, yet PPMe has different results for his eQ for the Offensive Wing and Defensive Wing categories.

I have no explanation as to why that would be other than an error in the calculations (it's not like we're talking OR where training, experience, and chemistry come into play).

P.S.

I just checked to see whether or not the positional ratings for Backs and Pivots were also tweaked for this particular player. I found them to be correct (that is, the player's eQ for Off. Back = his eQ for Def. Back and his eQ for Off. Pivot = his eQ for Def. Pivot).

Then strangely, I noticed that his positional ratings for wing were also correct. ... ON THE PLAYER OVERVIEW PAGE ONLY. On the player's personal profile page (where you see the little picture of his face, and you can set training, scout him, or sell him), the PPMe values we correct for Back and Pivot, but incorrect (as stated above) for Wing.

I hope this is enough info to help iron out whatever might be causing this.

That's a strange one. The picture was certainly helpful. However, Mr. Orange is no-longer active on PPM nor supporting PPMe alas you're stuck with what you have. Just be cognisant of it I suppose.

aw man... that's a shame. so no more updates... ever?

The interface glitches and stuff I can handle, but a calculation error makes me question the accuracy of the tool... If it's reliability is questionable, what's the point of using it at all?

I mean i guess it's still better than nothing, but it's just a shame that it's flawed and there's nothing to be done about it.

Do calculations by hand, you'll see they're sound. I never really used the profile page aspect so it likely wasn't tested :S

mmm. I guess that's fair. I don't use it most of the time either... EXCEPT when I'm looking at players on other teams or on the market. Then it's one of the primary methods of seeing how they compare to my own players...

But I guess like the G.I. JOEs always say... knowing is half the battle i suppose.

I'll check my list of players and see if I can figure out why it has this bug.
