This thread is almost dead? Does this mean that the engine is good now, for almost everyone?

Well, I went often here some weeks ago, trying to understand why I did lose games of this kind.

I got no effective answer so I looked around me ( matches in LI an LII in several countries since the beginning of this season... ).
I found nearly 20% of the matches are lost by the dominating team, because of a 'bad day" of the goalie or an other dark random reason, whatever are the team strength, tactics or intensities...
So, I think nothing can be done to prevent this lack of luck, for the loser.
The winner should be very happy, claiming his goalie is a God or something xD
So, some day you are lucky and win this way, another day, your opponent is lucky, not you, that's all...

20%? I find that hard to believe. Bad losses do happen, that's actually normal even in real life sports.

Well, each one has his point of view of when a loss is bad or not.
Even if your league (owI) is quite special because of the huge gaps between teams, I just found out that 38 matches were lost the same way, out of 28*10=280, what gives 13.5%...

What is very funny this season about you is you're not concerned by this
You dominate, you win, you are dominated, you lose, quite logical

In last engine I come out with the number of 25% being under some sort of random... 13.5% against 25% looks like good improvement!

Can you find a few of those examples for me, as keen to see what games you find.

And i do lose to weaker teams. It happened a few times in the last few games of the season.

I'll admit the 2nd and 3rd examples are a bit of a shock, especially #3.

The first example though... those 2 teams are actually not as different as it may appear, and Tuborg has often won games they've controlled possession.

Exactly, your team rules all the game ( poss, shots, strength... ) and didnt win
Though, I didnt take in count matches of this kind in my figures, stats would be horrific if I do

Without looking at line strength, just looking at poss, and shots, I cant understand that teams with 60% poss or more which shoot 40 times to 15 for exemple lose.
Ok, it happens sometimes irl... but here, in ppm, it isnt sometimes, every day, in every league, you can see 1, 2 even 3 sometimes or more matches of this kind, and I think it occurs far too often.
