that's totally untrue. You are not being ignored. It's just impossible to implement every suggestion. I believe the development has been going at a pretty good rate lately and many of the suggestions have been implemented. Others are in a long queue to be done later. If we ignored the users we would never want to improve the hockey or soccer engine because we would have no idea that you want improvements.

btw, is player loans still in your plans?

it has not been completely rejected, but it's not on our agenda right now.

What features of significance? Most of them are things that people don't use or are of no actual use to a team.

I think what you call value, and what those us who PAY call value are 2 very different things.

and yes, i continue to pay for Pro because i like the analysis and line features, the only 2 features of actual value IMO.

I wouldn't play without auto practice either... Saves so much time!

You're right. However, working in marketing for more than 5 years has taught me one big thing: truth relies more on perception than on facts. I remember there is a page listing all pro pack features, I can't just find it on the website. Maybe you might want to provide us the link, and link it from the pro zone (if that's not already done)?

the link to this list is in the PRO zone of each sport. It's not very visible, but we do plan to re-design the whole PRO zone to make it more user friendly.

I remember a while back someone (may have been you) said that credit features were primarily those that provided an in-game advantage to users.

That said, pucks and penants offer no such advantage, but are a credit feature.

As you know, there are many people who feel pucks / penants should be included as part of the pro pack, but i get the impression this will never happen.

So, as there is no in-game advantage, could a compromise be reached where pro users get to create pucks / penants at half the cost of non-pro users?

I most certainly never said anything like that. as a matter of fact that would be against our policy. we don't want to provide an in-game advantage to paying users.

Correct, and pucks and penants do not provide an in game advantage, so why is there an issue with providing at least 1 puck / penant for pro users as part of the package?

I'm with you, but what happens when people re-new PRO pack? Do they get another free pennant/puck? What if they signed up for 7 day windows each time? What about teams that are new... have the 7 day trial, make a puck/pennant then don't buy PRO. They now have a pennant where teams who have been here since day1 but never got the free trial when pucks/pennants were around...

I don't believe it's always so cut-and-dry.

Then simply make the pucks / penants part of pro pack.

or, as i said earlier, allow pro users to get them at half the cost as non-pro. That way PPM still "sell" them, and pro users get a perk.
