Just because we don't reply to every post doesn't mean we don't read them. I have this thread in my favorites and I check it whenever there is something new. I just don't feel the need to reply to every post here.
The community captains help us collect suggestions from their own countries and we run an online document with all these suggestions where we evaluate them. Have you not noticed the country news published by the Canadian captain some time ago regarding the suggestions?
Obviously we cannot do majority of the suggestions because that's just not possible and not all of them are good anyway. What we think is good we add to the plan and then do it when there is time for it. We don't have endless manpower to do everything right away.

Yes, I did notice scott's news. And the reason he began publishing it is because of my discussion with him. What about suggestions that aren't made by canadians? How do I see your responses to other suggestions?
You guys expect people to sub for year blocks with no transparency and no idea what direction the game is going. Why don't you guys issue a monthly release about suggestions? Why does Scott need to tell me what you said?
I understand that you can't do everything, but having a list of what you PLAN to do would be really nice, prevent repeat suggestions, and if you say no to some suggestions you'll get rid of petty debates like what just happened.
I don't understand why you guys don't feel the need to communicate with us. You want us to shut up and just give you money. That isn't how it works. You should see other sim games when the devs actually respond to suggestions. They have a much better community. I can't say any specifics because you'll delete my post if I *gasp* mention a competitor.

The suggestions are usually calling for small adjustments. In case there is something big that influences gameplay we always announce it in advance.
Scott is a member of our team and you should take him as such. When he publishes national news it's because he has a licence from us to do so.
I don't know how you can say that we don't communicate with the users. What am I doing right now?

The PPM team have always been great at keeping us up to date with events.

You are the only formal member of the team to ever post anything, and I appreciate that.
If you guys believe you have open lines of communication that are frequently used I won't be able to convince you otherwise.

Now now children... Chad, I am the main liaison between the developers and the community. Vlady has lots of stuff on his plate. If you feel there isn't enough info trickling down the pipeline then that's a problem on my end. In terms of suggestions, the way suggestions are reported has changed. I'll try and be better at publishing the feedback from *all* not just Canadian suggestions.
I have a great suggestion that I hope the PPM administrators and helpers can take it seriously.
What if a club can implement an academy in other countries with his choice and graduate rookies which has nationalities of these countries ? I guess it's a good idea, what do you think ?

We had something similar as suggestion, like me getting 4 Serbians and occasionally 1 rare foreigner from my sport academy. I liked idea very much, and hope something will be done about that.
wait ! can a foreigner be graduated from my academy ? for example I am Lebanese , could I have a non Lebanese graduated from my sports academy ?
No you can't. It sounds interesting to me though, it could spice things up when World Cup starts. Imagine Greece or Ireland U18/U20 hockey NT. They barely have players to fill those teams, even harder to fight for medals.
I know what reality is, but since this is manager GAME, we could have it a bit more interesting than it is now.

I see heivo's suggestion and I think double nationalities. Imagine that! Having a future talent on your squad, trainning and soon to become a starter. Then, if it has spent more than two season on the team, it could be eligible to play for that country instead of the country he was born.
