My suggestion is that Team logo and Team jerseys should be for non-Pro users too... It will be better to see, and the game would be more interesting...
I agree. But they are one of the key reasons to go PRO. Can't see that happening. Though it'd be nice and the game would feel more professional.
The problem is that large teams can buy players from a ridiculously low price and sell them for a few seasons to get out a lot at a higher price, due to good training facilities. In real life, teams do not buy players on the bench on few seasons exchange so that their value rises.
This should prevent the example, so that every purchase you make to play for example, 50% (over the next two season) series of games in which he is able to participate. This would prevent unnecessary purchases, and the teams buy just needed players, just as it should be. If a player plays too little, he becomes a free agent.
Another thing is junior withdrawals. It is wrong that the teams raise juniors just because "does not fit ever in my field, but yes
lets see if something comes off him" mentality. I think a season should be sold only 10 players. This would limit unnecessary junior withdrawals, as well as lower the difference, which is good and bad between the academy. The other completely rubbish lift, would be opening a player to some weaker team, and this fact naturally increases the difference between good and bad between teams.
I also believe that, the breeder should be award whenever the own breeding player is sold to another team, get some trade percentage slice. They will never be able to make their own peaks of the top off the world players, and thats why they must be sold out quickly. This would give them more value for their own top-lifts.

I like the way things are right now on those matters. IMO all your suggestions would also be subjected to larger teams financial stregth, that, after all, was built with very much effort.
To be more specific, the way things are right now the manager has to choose between short run and long run success. The so called stronger teams are, generally speaking, the ones that chose to invest in their facilities rather than buying big stars on the market. Their long term success is well deserved then.
Look Pretty Tits and say that again. If you like the game for now, i cant really speak this with you.
I know... that´s an extreme case IMO, but you got a point. I have to say (agreeing with you somehow) I also dislike the idea of a manager prevailing for being able to stay online forever searching for market bargains. Maybe the market agent device can contribute to smooth the situation. But maybe you are right and some other changes could be done, as, for example, removing the 50% tax limit for sellings above 32 players or staff members within a season. But one thing is for sure: if one will think about something, it must be designed to be implemented in a slowly and anticipated way.
One of the very large soccer management games did a novel thing this season. As a credit feature it allowed you to own a second team outside of your own country. The two clubs could never trade with each other.
This was truly a win-win situation. The soccer junkies got a whole new team to build. The developers got a very high quality credit feature to sell. A further advantage for this game is it might give people stuck in lower divisions in Europe a chance to play in a high division in a smaller country. The smaller country in turn would have a much bigger team base for national cup play. Just wondering if this could work here.

what happens if the smaller country ends up with no actual teams from that country in the top division? Does it matter?
