Is it possible to change the headings for staff in the Education Center or staff listing pages from "Attribute 1" and "Attribute 2" to what the actual attributes are?
I can understand why they can't do that for the staff market, but it is annoying to need to click a staff to see which attribute is which.

The more i thought about it after reading this stuff, i think the practice roster would be bad. Just be another advantage for the big teams, though they can afford the extra players anyway. So I am not sure. maybe it woould actually be better to make the fines steeper?
I agree with making the fines steeper.
Teams shouldn't be able to carry 50-80 players.

i think exponential like staff salaries.
this way if you forget and get up to 42, the fines aren't too bad, but if you are up to 50 or 60 players the fees should impact your team.

I agree trades would also make the game more attractive and exciting
Trades would drastically increase cheating and steal from the uninformed. The thing with trades is there's always a winner and a loser.
maybe but I think that team could get the players they want easier and sometimes the trade is good for the to teams
Sometimes. But I do firmly believe it would both be a) bad for the game and b) hard to police. I can see rich clubs trading away old players to lower level teams in exchange for high-quality rookies. That would skew the disparity between rich and poor even more.
Idea: Trading only within your division. Police trades by division-mates. Similar sort of structure that Yahoo has for fantasy sports.
What happens when people policing the trades don't have them scouted? Also, consider activity. A lot of managers aren't active outside of their own teams. If the number of managers in a league that take part in this policing is in anyway similar to the amount that are active in the forums there wouldn't be much policing.
Simple solutions:
1) Players being traded are revealed as fully scouted
2) Voting option appears in news feed daily for, say 5-7 days
3) Majority yea or nay of votes cast determines whether trade is processed
4) Abstentions don't count

I would agree to within-division trades, with the existing option to alert the GMs if a trade seems suspicious.
Limited to 2 or 3 trades per season per team.
Trades would be great in a few situations... Right now, I have a bunch on young and great forwards, mainly centers, but I only have 1 defenseman, as my Academy seems to produce only forward. A trade 1 vs 1 with someone with too much D could be profitable to both of us.
