I haven't tossed the gear on since we were beat out by UWO. Had free ice with a buddy of mine who plays in the DEL and turned him down. I have no desire to strap them on anymore. Just a headsup.
Well when you work your ass off on the ice to get overlooked for stuff out of your control, play your heart out and steal the show when you get the chance, and work your ass off off the ice in school so you can spend the time going on roadtrips and not falling behind only to be a healthy scratch and ride the bench - enough is enough. If I play I play for fun, and right now I don't see any fun so I don't play. I'm sportin' footy kicks and that's got me happier than a priest at daycare.

I'm currently coaching a team of Midget Girls BB.
Infact, I have a practice tonight I should start getting ready for.
They are going to be skating a lot, after their pitiful performance at our tournament we were just at.
I enjoy coaching, it is fun.

Parents suck. They get in the way of proper coaching in the minor hockey level. "I don't care if little Jackie can't skate! She's going to the WNHL and YOU need to play her on the PP!"
