Didn't read carefully. Missed that part. Now i see.
Why is it that you don't get a puck from a team you have a game scheduled with if there is no manager? This has happened to me twice now; it's incredibly hard to look ahead and make sure that you're playing a team who hasn't quit on you and now I can't replace the Slovenian tier 4 puck I didn't receive. It seems to me I should still get the puck if I had the game scheduled, it's not my fault he quit and nobody can scam easy pucks after he's gone as the team can't accept challenges.
I'm not very happy with the current direction of the national team and disappointed nobody else applied. We need to be more serious about national team and improve our ranking. That is for the USA management and for any other manager. We need to make sure managers don't quit, that we help new managers to hints and get then to upgrade their training facilities fast. We need a short and long term plan.
People have to also care about our national team. USA team represent us.

Another note: I picked to help the main team because I think the most experienced managers need to focus currently on youngster U-18 and U-20 and develop those players for long term USA main team.
U-20 2 very experienced managers applied that can help a lot on the short term plan.

I'm planning on running for one of the national teams in the future. I think I'd like to be an assistant first, though, so that I can ease into it a little bit.
One of my goals for PPM is to get a player on the U-18 team by Season 20. That won't happen until I get 14 or 15 training, though.

Do stand accessories (like snack bars) provide revenue in addition to ticket sales, or do they only increase attendance?
Only increase attendance.

There is only a section in finances for souvenir sales. I assumed this was strictly from souvenir shops. Plus, the guide says this:
"Snack bars and restaurants draw more people to the arena. Fan shops increase the incomes from the souvenir sale."

ok, then I suppose we should believe the guide here. I didn't check the guide and I don't keep this stuff in my head.
I keep it in my head - that way there is less room for other things such as:
- Girlfriend's birthday
- sqrt of Pi
- whether the Leafs have ever won a Stanley Cup
- How much wood a woodchuck could chuck if he could chuck wood
