My 4/6 player hasn't had to train TEC enough in the past month to get a 5-day total, but looking at the past 3 days where they've both been training it (I recently upped my TEC ratio on many players as I felt I was being over-penalized) they are basically neck-and-neck. My 17 yo 6/6 is averaging .813 improvement and my 18 yo 4/6 is averaging .810 improvement. There must be some other factor besides CL affecting this; maybe Canucks is right that the younger guys are just going to train better anyway. I definitely notice CL has an effect for guys in their mid-20s, so perhaps there's a certain age where the effects of CL increase?

You are talking about players with same quality on tech, or not ?
Age has influence, Cl has influence, and of course quality, played game the other day has influence. If we are talking about coaches and physiotherapists who don't have 100-100, you will have a bit of strange training.

Yes, same quality on Technique. CL actually seems to have no influence when they're young, the 4/6 guy gained noticeably more than the 6/6 guy today.

It could be (with random which is also present in training), that this 4/6 guy received big training in his terms of training, and that other with 6/6 received rather small one for his terms of training. Player year younger and with 2 CL levels less, should train better, but not always.

just wondering....when do teams get their trophies for the last season? I came in 2nd in the playoffs yet I had no trophies. It appears that 2nd place in the play offs get a trophy.

So, I made a bid on a restricted free agent. His contract expires in 60 hours.

If I look at his profile, I still see this message: "The player will become a restricted free agent when his contract expires."

But on the same page, I also see, "The free agent extended the contract with his current club."

Does this mean that his team matched my offer, and that I won't be getting him?

If so, will I get the money back that I bid on him? That money has already been deducted from my balance. I dont lose that for good, right?

The team matched your offer. Are you sure the money has already been deducted for that free agent and not something else? I recently won a bid on a free agent and the money wasn't deducted until he joined my team, just like buying a normal player for sale on the market.

You'll be able to use the money once the free agents contract is renewed. The same thing happened to me recently, and it's stupid because he already declined my offer, so I SHOULD be able to use that money. But instead I have to wait.

yeah that is something that needs to change, I was out of money for players and some expansions for a week while waiting to get the money released after a FA bid was turned down essentially instantly...

So, I'm building one of my sections of the arena up to the max. On the bright side, it will increase my arena size from 1750 to 4250. However, it will not be finished until the very last day of the season. Clearly this is a huge difference and leads me to believe that it would be better to accept the default deal for the Media Sponsor on the last day as it would be based on an arena capacity more than twice my current capacity. My question is: am I guaranteed that the construction finishes before the Media deal is assigned?

The media deal will be generated when you press that link. So...yes.

His new stand will be done on day 112. When he gets the automatic sponsor. I'm not sure about the auto offers, but the regular sponsor offers come in early in the update, while construction happens later. I don't think any of the offers will take his new seats into account.
