Yeah it's a little confusing because there are 2 types of energy: current and seasonal. Seasonal energy is really what everyone talks about when they talk about "energy." That's the amount of gas in the tank a player has for the season. Current energy doesn't really matter from my understanding. Your regeneration facility pretty much just helps players train better, especially players that played a game that day.

For every 100 experience you get a 20% bonus and for every 100 chem you get a 20% bonus. Those are the rough estimates.

Does that mean if I have 50 experience or 50 chem I'll get approx 10% bonus?

One of my employees was sold when game was up for few minutes, a manager with marketing skill 98 for 10k. We all know, that's far from his real market price, so i would ask ppm team to cancel this transfer and set his deadline 24 hours ahead. If someone could please respond, thank you.

Plus, deadlines are all messed up now, 1am in the morning tomorrow?!? Somebody please get back at me, I don't find this fair at all.

I wouldn't say that's entirely out of line. I don't think there's a huge market for a manager who is going to cost them $50k a day in salary, even if he does only cost $10k to sign.

There's a Manager available right now, OR of 183 and daily salary of 111k. There's 50 days left on his contract. If I pick him up today and get rid of him tomorrow, I'm on the hook for almost $3 million of his remaining salary. My HR dept is at a 7 right now. Can you honestly convince me that picking him up is definitely going to be worth better than $3 million for the season?

Those who have only few days left on their contracts are of course the most expensive right now. But even if you check ones who have many days left, but with 100 marketing are going for high prices. It's how the game is made, you would be of course on the hook for three million currency, but your sponsor offer would be much higher because of the high marketing skill. This doesn't apply for you yet, as your hr department is under ten, but once you're there, managers make lots of sense. So, to round this, I lost about 5mio at least with that manager selling for just 10k yesterday
