is anyone paying as much as i am paying for transfer fee? i'm getting rob on my transfer. i'm paying 25% for transfer fee. sooner all later i won't even be getting any money from transfer anymore,it will all be going to the market.
From the guide:
"For every transfer there is a minimum 5% fee from the transfer price that is paid to the hockey association, with the minimum fee being 10,000. The 5% transfer fee is set for the first 10 players sold over the last 112 days. If your team has more than 10 players sold over the last 112 days, the fee goes up by 2% for every player sold beyond the limit. The maximum fee is 50% from the selling price."

No, i make all my sales in the offseason and wait the 112 days till i sell on the market again
i sell mine whenever, but I keep on top of it to prevent having this issue. If I get to the point of having sold too many I stop until one comes off.
when you have your players position set, you set the practice for whayever ratio you for your primary and secondary skills. Then each day the computer checks each attribute and trains the one most out of balance.
I forgot to mention when the players position is set the primary and secodary skills will be hilighted.
Like it a lot. It gives me time to do other stuff. I'm setting in ratio from 1-100 like percentages (100 main skill, 50 secondary...).
So if my offensive practice level is 100, and shooting is 50, and technique is 25,
If my players offensive skill is 160; then shooting and technique will be trained up to 80 and 40?
It will then bump the offensive skill up a bit, and then bring the shooting and technique along proportionately?
I've let my players get a skill that is way out of line, so that skill won't train? If it is the primary skill that is high, will it concentrate on one secondary skill at a time, or bring them up more or less in proportion?

Right. What auto practice will do is train the most "out of shape" (as I like to say) attribute. So if you want 100-50-50 and your guy actually has values of 200-100-47, the one that has 47 will train into proportion. Basically, the auto practice always trains the attribute farthest away from the optimal ratio, set by you. So in our example, if the 47 gets up to 99, but say the middle attribute was at 99, he may practice the middle attribute next.
I'm not sure if this is the right forum for this question, but out of curiosity how much could this player possibly fetch if I were to place him on the market? I really want to keep him for the future, but if he can get me a decent return then I would seriously consider parting with him. He has good, but not outstanding qualities for a winger. Would he even break 250,000?

You could do from 300.000 to 3.000.000.
Just put his qualities in players chat.

Thanks for the quick response! That's a huge spread, haha. That 3,000,000 makes it extremely tempting. Gauging the possibility of getting that much against what he could do for my team (which he could probably make in 2 weeks) makes things even harder.
I'll be stressing out over this :/. I can't imagine what people go through when they have a blue chip prospect.

It is indeed.
It all depends on bid war and other subtile things which sometimes we can't influence.
Of course if he was a season younger, or 100 skills more trained, you would be certain 3M would be lowest price.
Must ask what is "blue chip prospect" ?

I would say it's a prospect that is highly touted and universally considered a sure bet to fulfill some type of exceptional potential. In hockey, a recent example is Steven Stamkos who was highly touted before his draft and has made huge leaps in his development toward achieving that status.
I guess for PPM, it's a prospect whose primary and secondary qualities are in the 90s.
