Amidst the mildly annoying spamming that clearly the moderators arenät that good at fixing the problem of I have a "real question":

Regarding managers and the fact that they affect the sponsor offers, what is the thoughts on getting one or 2 with massive marketing skills shortly before the 3 days of offers and then sacking them or otherwise reselling them later, is it a good approach to cash in good on the sponsor contracts or do they have a small effect of the contracts offers compared to division, OTR rating etc?

I did that last year. It paid off that's for sure... so much that this year I bought a bunch to sell them right before the offers come in. The trick is getting guys with little contract time left so your fee is lower. I should have 4 guys up for sale in a week and a bit that have contracts expiring a few days into season 9.

They have big impact, mainly due to large human resources facility. If they are brought to 7th level of HR, they won't help much.
Reselling or buying those with contract which would soon expire, is a good choice.

I don't follow what you're saying. 100% efficiency will up your offers. Could EASILY get you 20-30M more over a season if you have a good OTR and are in a respectable league. That's why I can justify spending 6M or so per marketer.

I agree with Blackkat that this should be a more surgical operation.

And again, I would like someone to MAN UP and tell me why my post was deleted. I see that a moderator has been back on this thread since I asked WHY my post was deleted and has STILL not answered.

There was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING in it that could have offended anyone. There was nothing that was against the rules, it was not off topic, it was just summarily deleted.
There was nothing of consequence in my post. I am not upset because no one will get to read what I posted, heck it was just "???", rather it is the idea that this is how you guys are going to be operating.

I am TOTALLY NOT HAPPY about this. One of the things that sets this site apart from other manager games is the interaction with other users. If you guys are going to haphazardly take that away then I see no reason to continue to support this site with my money.

Don't get me wrong, this is a great game and I will continue to play it and use your resources but, since we, as users, are not respected enough to even be given a reason, I WILL NOT be buying any more credits. Come the middle of Oct. I will be going back to standard. Besides, times are tough and there has been less and less value to PRO over the last couple of months anyway.

And just to make sure there is a question in this post:
Who is this fascist moderator and how much money are you going to let him cost you?

I did that last season and ended up with two 5-star offers so, I would say it is definitely worth it.

Star rating of offers is random. Their value isn't.

Are you saying that no matter the marketing skill the chance of getting a 5-star offer is exactly the same?

OR

That the value of the offer IS dependent on the marketing skill but the stars assigned to the offer are random (i.e. $3.5mil./week General Sponsor offer could be assigned any number of stars.
