Well if tomorrows offers and like the last two days I will have no choice but to gamble!
yeah, I gambled last season and got a great 5* offer... hoping for the same this season.
For me, the difference between 1 and 5 stars was about 11M for the season.
That's odd, this season my difference between 3 and 5 star was around 14m.
I'm not sure there's a rhyme or reason to any of this, so that doesn't surprise me.

I won my friendly today with 3 second left in OT. That was pretty funny.
Well, got yet another 1* offer, less than my current offer... just gotta hope for the best tomorrow. Stinks.
5* TV offer ($555K, up from my $200K last season), but a 3* sponsor deal I don't think I'll take.

finally got a good TV offer too Grim - 5* 1,3 a week. Of course got another 2 star general so going to the gamble...
It's become obvious to me that the only calculation that determines sponsorship offer is OTR. League level, HR, blah, blah, blah, everything else mentioned in the guide... meaningless. Boy, I know I can scout guys quicker, but I wasted a lot of money upgrading HR.
My general sponsor offer is less than last season, when I was in league ii. I received 3 1* offers in a row.
oh dude, that sucks :/ I do have to say the whole thing is pretty crazy. I'm not convinced the HR is a waste of time/money but I'm sure not as convinced it's worthwhile as I once was.
Sorry to hear that as well...but I bet you that 1st offer that was a 5% bonus is looking pretty darn good now
And as to HR being a waste...you might also want to consider that the guide mentions final standing in the league before OTR. And assuming that last season you won and promoted (as well as a big increase in OTR) you probably got a big jump in your sponsor. This season you finished farther down in the standings (with a smaller increase in OTR as well) so you would probably not get as much as a jump in sponsor.
And as to HR being a waste...you might also want to consider that the guide mentions final standing in the league before OTR.
