its more than just +/- 1 day. I've seen 4 days difference between 2 of my players.

As far as growing when they are 18yo, i don't think they will as i have yet to see any older player given at the start of the game to grown anything. and they are 18+ yo.

What you mean with this "between 2 of my players"...different periods between growing height or?...for example one player 182 --> 183 - 17 days, and 183 --> 184 - 21 days..or you talk for 2 different players...

hello... can someone explain to me about training...if i create a new training program.. what value do i need to put there.. is the total max value for skill is 100 or i can put 100 to all skills.. what the value means..it is percentage of total training

Ratio based on how the player will train the skills. For example 1-1-1 is same as 100-100-100. It doesn't mean max skill level, as the player will keep training past 100, but it tries to keep the same ratio between those skills.

Also for example in hockey if you put 100-50-50 for goalkeepers the goalie will be trained to be 100-50-50 and after that it would become 150-75-75, 200-100-100 and so on.

so the value mean the intended skiils value of the palyer i want to achieve..if the currect skiils is 50, if i put the training to 100, the player will continue to train until it reach its target... what if i put the training lower than the player skiils..do the player not training on the skills...

It's the ratio between all set skills. If your skill is 50 and it's only skill you want to train it will only keep training that skill forever. Doesn't matter if you set it to 1 or 100 as it would still be only skill to focus on. And also forgot to mention that it keeps training the skills as equally as possible. For example if you set your training to be 10-10-5-5-2 for some player. And let's say your current skills would be 45-50-25-25-20 -> this player would train the skill at 45 because it's not equal to others and it should be at 50. Once it gets to 50 the player would train skills at 50 50 25 and 25 (the one at 20 is ahead of it's wanted pace) Every time you get +1 on training to any skill it will revalue again on which skill next to train on.

Edit: In older sports I still have the values set as "100-80-50-50" even though the skills might be at 600-480-300-300 at the moment. But it still keeps training with the set ratios. (Keeping the difference between those skills same)

I have found my players grow at a steady rate but that the rates are individual to the player. I have one tall player growing quite slowly compared to the other shorter players!

Yes, this is individual to every player, i have told nothing different..i also have player that grow for 10 days, and other that grow 27 days...but this period between every sm for individual player, is approximative the same...+/- 1 1 day...these are my conclusions

People, have you noticed any significant difference between the different "Offensive alignments"?

Me, nope, even between the opposed extremes 1-4 & 5-0; and nothing specifically about "The more players you have on the inside, the greater your chance of an offensive rebound after a missed shot, especially when your players have a height advantage over the opponent. On the other hand, it increases the chances of a turnover because players inside the two-point area are marked more closely."

At somebody with the 9th level of Academy at least once generate 3 junior?

Does anyone know when the U17 and U19 National Teams will be up and running? Can we expect something next season?

I don't think so.. just in 3 or 4 seasons from now..

Nothing critical here... is PPM TV down at the moment? I couldn't get the 'live' feed two hours ago and now can't even watch the replay from the 'news' post.
Cleared cache and cold booted and can get court side but nothing moves.
