you didn't change back to normal because the conditions for that were not met in that game. there is nothing wrong.

"After second quarter, leading from 4 to 30 normal & after third quarter, leading 8 to 30 normal. Do I make a mistake? Could you please explain to me?"
After 1st qarter you lead by 15 (31-16), so you go in low.
After second quarter you are leading by 3 (43-40), so you stay in low since you are not leading by at least 4
After third quarter you are leading by (66-65), so you still stay in low since you are not leadig by at least 8.

no, it's not like that. playing with only 5 players is never a good way to play. if they all reach 4 fouls, it is much easier to score against them because they don't defend very well. what i'm saying is that this team is so good that it can afford to play like this even though it's not a very good tactic.
