As long as they get improvements on their skills, coachs do get more important for training. In the end, a 100/100 coach is roughly as good as a 1 level facility improvement. Maybe more... So, that was not that bad to buy him. But in these earlier days probably yes, investing in facilities will render you a cheaper boost in training. And lets move it on since it´s not a bug.

Okay, sorry for posting in this thread, just only one more q: I don't have any lecturers right now, but I'm planing on getting one, how much they contribute to overall improvement of the staff? By the way, right now I have level 2 education center.

Feel free to look at my last few days of games*. The only time there was a noticeable difference was when my opponent was playing 3s the whole game. Other than that, there's basically no difference. Since I'm ultimately trying to make my PFs and Cs stop chucking up shots from beyond the arc, it's confusing how it makes no difference.

Take a look at my league match today. Played the last 5 minutes with only 4 players. Probably misprogramation is not allowing the sub to get into the court in the last 5 minutes if I set for the lined up to always play. Then if he gets 5 PF engine leaves team down.
Other improvement line is that although I set my PG and PF to be preferral shooters, my SG keeps being the one who throws the majority of the shots.
The EXACT same thing happened to me in my league match today.
I lost the game because of that last quarter by the way...
Additionally, taking a look at the matches, I would also say stamina x performance dacay for playing continuously still need some adjustment and making it even harder to play the full match with the same players. I saw little decay on players that stay in the court all time. Intuitively speaking although, got no consolidated data on that.

My players rates are not that "great". I've been playing on VH since day one. That is obviously expected to reduce efficiency.
What is "weird" is that the match strength rate NEVER chances. Its been always 20, 21, 20, 20, 20 even though players rates keep getting lower.

Yeah, I've noticed that too. In football, the game rating takes energy into consideration. It doesn't seem to in basketball.

Yeah, we had the same problem in soccer where draft players didn't show up for the first several hours, even though the notice came up that they were ready.
My suggestion it to generate all draft players the day before the draft scouting starts, so they're all ready to be scouted immediately.
