My suggestion is to get the LOWEST OR on every level much higher than now....



Level 1 - Lowest - Highest possible OR ?

Example

Level 1
Lowest possible 100 OR
Highest possible 200 OR

Chance to
OR 100-120 = 15%
OR 120-140 = 20%
OR 140-160 = 30%
OR 160-180 = 20%
OR 180-200 = 15%

Level 2
Lowest possible 120 OR
Highest possible 250 OR

Chance to
OR 120-140 = 15%

This is only how I will se the parameters what every Youth Academy Level could look likes !

Think I had an OR 140 half a star or something and my academy is level 6 building 7. Not sure how all these other teams have so many high level youngster frankly.

Quick question based on that extract from the Guide:

"Attributes are divided into offensive (shooting, passing), defensive (goalkeeping, blocking) and universal (field play, technique, speed, aggressiveness). 1) If I wanted my team to be stronger in Goaltending...do I only have to train my Goalies in Goa-Blk-Tec-Spe? Pass just helping into offensive play

2) If I wanted my team to be stronger in Defence...do I only have to train my defensive players in FiP-Blk + Tec-Spe-Agr according to their position? Pass just helping into offensive play

3) If I wanted my team to be stronger in Offence...do I only have to train my offensive players in FiP-Pas + Tec-Spe-Agr according to their position? Blk not being used in offensive play AND Shooting not being part of offensive strength calculation (See Vlady's answer earlier)

4) If I wanted my team to be stronger in Shooting...then I guess I just have to make sure FiP/Sho ratio sticks to what I would like it to be?

This section of the guide has nothing to do with the attributes required by players. The attributes are divided into these groups only for the purpose of coaches and physios and their 2 attributes.

1) no, passing increases goaltending strength
2) no, passing increases strength in defense
3) block is not used in offense at all
4) shooting strength is only based on shooting attribute
