what is the other answer?
Credits are universal but PRO isn't. 
I see a red message at the top of the screen saying that if there are not enough teams from my country, then there won't be a country league. Would that mean I could choose where I play, or would it mean that I would no longer be able to play?
It mean you will have to play in the international league (together with other players from countries without a own league)
Thanks for the clarification. Once enough users join from a given country, would a new league be opened for that country later?
yes, it is supposed to happen once a country reach a limit
So, just to be clear....
Ive just checked out my countries stats for Soccer (Ireland), and there are 100 registered to play this sport.
But so far, only 35 Managers have taken a team.
What exactly counts towards getting a countries set of leagues and National team??
Is it the 100 registered to play (which would mean we qualfy for our own leagues & NT)
or
The 35 who currently have a team (meaning we are currently 15 short of the target!!)

I think are those that truly have a team
If you are unable to get another 15 teams, how about we suggest a celtic league with Scotland(17 teams) and Wales(7 teams) to the developers as opposed to playing teams from different intercontinental nations? It could mean our better players have a national team to strive for and not be in the situation you are with hockey.
Ireland should be safe.

One player received the Red Card but in the RC part there's a 0 while on SO (Sent Off) there's a 1.
