Wow! 9 million a week! I'd take it unless HR says theres a better offer.
Today I got a 4 star general sponsor for 2 600 000 (not exact, a little more) but HR said its the worst offer available so I rejected it. Its still 1mil more than last years 4-star level offer which I jumped on without thinking
my TV Rights was a 5 star @ 265 000 (again not exact) and HR said its the best I'll get so I got it. Last year I took a 3 star 67 500 TV contract lmao!

Got a one star general of 5.9 million, still .6 million more than last season, but i rejected that obviously.

I say if you get a 4 star or higher, take it. YOu don't wanna get stuck with a 1-3 star offer.
The way I see it, I have a 20% shot to move up to a 5 star offer on any given day and a 20% shot of getting another 4 star offer on any given day. That leaves a 60% chance I of getting screwed.
It's hard to accept anything less than perfect on day one. Especially since my head manager increased his marketing by 1 last night and my team OR increased slightly today with a friendly win. If I get another 4 star offer it should be better than the first.
I'm leaning towards holding out.

After much consideration, I decided to take it. I'm regretting it a bit right now. If this were deal or no deal I'd be hearing boos.
