Honest, I havent started to search new players fot Latvian team yet. That is very big job to do. I do that more than likely if I got voted. But like you said thats very unlikely. I know that. I canditated because I would like to win medal, and im pretty sure that Latvia can do it. Im very sure also that I can help team alot.
Yes, it is big job and time consuming but how did you expect to build team? Before elections start you should know your lineup or you will fail. Season when i managed UK-18 i had lineup even i didnt know im going to win elections.
I have core players for team already. When you get selected, you have one week time to promote and drop players from team. Its kind of fast scouting. I also have time to search new players in first days of job. And good enought facilities to full scouting. Im confident I dont have problems with that. Biggest problem I see, is lack of Latvian languega skill. Thats why I would need good and active Latvian manager for assistant coach job, if I get enought trust from you in elections.
For promoting and droping you should know what to promote and drop. Usual drill is going over all teams in leagues I-III with last 3 season transfer history and transfer history for all IV leagues. Quite much to do if you ask me...
I have scouted core players, and I dont have problem to find best talented Latvian players from all around the world. It takes time? Yes, I have that. But that have to be done in the beginning so they have time to build chemistry. I can do that.
