And that's what I get for not checking my roster last night/this morning. A 9 day injury to my RW3 with no scratches puts the roster on auto and completely screws me. I even had you countered, huxbux. Ah well, I'm finishing higher than I expected, with no relegation game, so I guess that's all I could have asked for. Good series huxbux! I'll get you next season, haha.
At first when i checked the results of playoff final in your league, i thought that you lost those game on purpose.But after i saw that you used your main guys, i was surprised that you lost the series 0-2. I guess it happens sometimes...
Yeah I had a goalie breakdown in game 1 and he got me on tactics in game 2
Im disappointed in you opivy. I fall for it every season; "this is the one. I don't know if you just like to win every game or what but I don't like the way you choose to play.
I'm going to have to agree with KillerPuck, not a big fan of your want to just beat down on people in a league you shouldn't be in, opivy. You're pretty solidly in the middle of 1.1, yet you choose, season after season, to stay down here. It's frustrating to see a team with your talent not going for its potential.
I think I'm done I had no intention to lose. I could have easily bought a keeper and won the series. My head and heart are just not in the game anymore.
Stay around Opivy. Just next season since you have such a strong team take your camps during the season so you have everyone around to play the end of the season.
I didnt log in for almost a week or maybe over a week - I have been working out of town and obviously didn't "throw" the po's etc. I thought my team was going to face a no name and sent the troops off to camp before my trip. Come back to this - meanwhile real hockey is starting up again, my kids are in it, my wife is in it. Daughter in dance blah blah blah. It's moreso I don't have the time to invest and I the only reason i have stuck around is the community and fact that I've sunk so much money into the product.
How good your team is you would only have to spend a few minutes a day to check on it. Please stick around. If your Kids ever play in Missoula contact me and I will come and watch.
It's games like today that make me contemplate stopping. I'm not, but it's definitely something that gives me pause. Counter-tacticed, same lines, vastly greater line strengths, one period without the same importance, and I lose? No offense dkyd, but you should not have even been in this game.
