It looks like we both pulled out upsets, but yours was certainly more deserved than mine. I got super lucky. My goalie stood on his head with one goal allowed on 33 shots.
I was outshot 33-20 and took 8 penalties compared to their 2.

I feel really bad for anyone that takes over a noname team in a higher league. I just beat the poor guy 28-0. That's got to be discouraging for people who are new to the game.
Yeah we just lost a NoN after he got shelled every game. Actually he should have just collected the money from the games and then demoted, but more than likely he would get shelled in the next division down as well.
Non's shouldnt start in league II's, especially with how advanced the league II teams are, it will just ruin the game for them almost instantly.
This is maybe the one downside of the game. Since there is no Relegation during the season, when New Managers join, it seems as if the bar is set way high for them when they get a team that is in a League such as the II Leagues.
Now, I just need my team to better performe then what they have. Hopfully I'll do well in the Playoffs and can really work on getting my facilities up to Level 10 during Next Season, so I can move forward on improving my players to get back to the I League.

I thought II teams were filled after all the III teams were filled?
I know I made sure to PM someone who joined in II.1 to try and get them started and let them know what to expect.

Wow, Waldo Gould made the season-long All-Star team at center. I'm actually surprised because he was picked as the all star center only 3 times out of 30 matches he played this season.

My loss knocks me out of any chance of promotion, but to be honest, I didn't think I had a chance in hell to begin with, so it doesn't much matter I guess.
I didn't run any camps yet, and I just set one up now. 15 players out for the next 7 games. I'm going to finish somewhere between 5th and 8th. I'd put my money on 8th. Oh well. Can't wait for next season!

The first game we played my team was with the B players because it was the end of a training camp. I really wanted this series to be done with in 2 games because game 3's really scare me. LOL

got pounded 6-2 at home by the huggy bears. Same exact tactics so I guess it was just not my team's day. oh well... Good job to the bears. Sending e-hugs.

I did change my training schedule midway through the season and I'm finally approaching the desired attribute levels. Or it was just dumb luck. I think I've maybe beaten you once in 3 seasons in II.2.

Hey man, whatever you did it worked for you and all the best in the finals. I wanted to win but your team showed up and took it. I think the first game was a fluke but they do happen and then the second game was as legit as it can be so you did really well.
I was hoping I'd make it to the finals this year again but it's alright. I'll try again next season.
