I lost a few last season when my goalie went completely south. I have a feeling that I will end up doing it again this year.
I hate how the injuries in this game are set up. As soon as my injured LD2 came back, RD2 fell ill for a few days. Now watch when he gets back C2 will break a leg and be out 43 days.
I keep losing starters too - I keep a trimmed roster to maximize EXP and keep Chem High across the board, but it shoots me in the foot when someone goes down.
I haven't had this problem with injuries for a while now. I guess I have been fortunite to not have my players get bit by the injury bug as really the last one I have had was my goalie being out for 10 days due to a Serious Concoussion.
what is your staff's level of prevention?
My Regeneration Facility and Medical Center are both currently at Level 7 and I currently have 3 Physicians that their Prevention Attribute are all over 20 and their Treatment Attributes are also all over 20 as well. My Head Physician has a OR of 53 and the Assistant has a OR of 46
GL Huggy Bears, got my guys in camp so its a good chance for you to pull off the upset.
I highly doubt it. Your backups have a much higher OR then my starters. If I manage to sneak a win, pizza party for your camp players on me!

I wouldn't say that, you use tactics and are competitive. Just focus on your young players and building facilities and you'll be doing well very quickly. The top teams will promote and next season you'll be right in the mix.

I've been treading water since coming to II.2 last season. More and more I'm coming to realize I need to play in III for a season or two to build my OTR and player popularity to increase revenue. It's just depressing, almost every game, when my top 22 average overall player rating is anywhere from 40-80 less then the team I'm playing and the gap isn't closing.
I refuse to tank a season to be demoted, but if I do it wouldn't be the worst thing.

It's going well so far. I'm waiting for Waldo to start lighting it up. He's got only 1g and 6a so far and that's not good considering my C2 has 8g and 6a. (he's got lots more exp though so maybe it does make sense.)
I'm going to try and make it up to league 1.1 again. I think right now I'm the second best team after Opivy's. I think he'll win the regular season and even play-offs. I'm hoping to get the 2nd place on both.

My team is full of bums. I have a solid team with a bunch of middling players but I've yet to get an obvious stud.

maybe this year I'll care about that as well because the competition should be tougher there. but my OTR is so low that I'll meet an awesome team by round 2 or 3.
