Sorry for so late answer, but I was really busy this week But now I want to finally conclude Frey´s case

I know how works PM But as I wrote I expected PM from you... you were the one who broke the deal, not me. You should inform me about situation. Why should I lose my own time? I had other things to do... and I still thought that you will keep the promise and he will be in nomination at least in qualification. But 3rd qualification match was gone and still nothing... and my patience was gone too.
I have no problem to write here on NT discussion... I have nothing to hide. In our NT discussion I also inform community about interesting cases, I see nothing bad on it Community is mostly curious about what happen in NT, especially behind the curtain

But back to the problem. Well, I don't know what you expected from him. It was sure that he will have worse rating than forwards with OR 100+ higher. Of course the gap between him and the rest of team is increasing when he doesn't gain NT bonuses, chemistry... Frey had his first (and last) NT rating only 3 points smaller than Rademacher who had OR about 100 higher. And winger forwards also usually have slightly smaller ratings than similar centre forwards according to my observation.
For me is strange that you made decision after only one match in the beginning of the season, from time when he still haven't exact ratio you wanted. Marra played match much later, Leer never, but they are (almost?) always in nominations. I understand, Marra has probably better rating, Leer is more prospective...but than you should not promise me that he will be regularly in nominations. And you had to know this from the beginning...

So you should wrote me "Hi, we calculated Frey's attributes badly, sorry, we don't need him, you can train him now as you wish. We will maybe use him in the end of qualification, so prepare him for that time." But instead of it I only wasted 2 months. Well, this Frey's NT season will remain a disappointment for me. There are not enough matches till the end of the season (2-3, before his camps) to change it...

We can of course continue with cooperation I don't declare war But I just hate when are promises broken this way:/

PS: I appreciate that you informed me about reason why he is not in nomination today! This is how I imagine how to inform somebody, when someone cannot keep what he promised Plus point for you...

Unfassbar, ich kann das nicht glauben... Wir spielen gegen Malaysia Unentschieden. Absurd, 60 Minuten in Überzahl und wir schaffen kein Tor. 7 Torschüsse, dazu 13 daneben! 20 Chancen gegen eine solche Mannschaft. Ich verstehe es nicht, wirklich nicht. Ich bin so bedient, wir sind die einzigen, die gegen Malaysia Punkte lassen und die WM-Quali ist ernsthaft in Gefahr. Kann nur sorry sagen, Leute. Ich bin so endbedient...

Aber so einen Quatsch wie ein Unentschieden gegen Malaysia habt ihr auch nicht geschafft! Es ist zum Ausflippen.
Tschechen und Finnen sind schon fast durch und geben nicht alles, weswegen Israel und Ukraine heute wohl gewinnen werden. Dann ist Israel auch durch und die Ukraine punktgleich.
Damit müssen wir dann mit ziemlicher Sicherheit die beiden letzten Spiele gewinnen, sonst sind wir raus. Vor allem das Endspiel am letzten Spieltag in der Ukraine hätte ich mir gerne gespart, so gut, wie das mit dem Gewinnen in dieser Saison klappt. Das war das vierte Unentschieden hintereinander! Gegen Ungarn war ok, in Finnland glücklich. Aber gegen Tschechiens B-Elf und vor allem heute hätten wir einfach gewinnen müssen! Dazu noch letzte Saison der Mist gegen Israel und die Ukraine... So langsam könnten wir wirklich mal weniger Pech haben. Heute bin ich wirklich mal fassungs- und erklärungslos.

Echt fies auch die Fangesänge im Stadion: "Willst du keine Tore erzielen, musst du gegen Malaysia spielen!" Wenn ein deutscher Spieler in Ballbesitz kam, wurde ein bekanntes Lied von Klaus lage eingespielt ... geschmacklos.

Oder auch Baha Man vor dem Spiel: "Die Null muss stehen!" Dann kam seine indianische Pfeil-Taktik...

Nun, Malaysia ist noch mal eine andere Nummer als Moldawien. Und 20 Schüsse und kein Tor ist immer auch viel besser als euer Ding.

I just inform you that we will save energy against Israel so you cannot expect miracles from us. Nothing more nothing less. In my place you would do the same, there is no reason to waste energy of important players in this situation.
It is nothing against you... for me is not important if team X will qulify or teamy Y... only important is if we qualify and if our team will have good chemistry and energy in WC.

Your match changed only that we will not play low match importance tonight but very low importance. For us there was only 1 possibility how to lose WC... you had to defeat MAS and ISR. UKR had to defeat FIN, HUN and you. FIN had to defeat MAS. And we had to lose against ISR and MAS. So there was only small chance to fail...

PS: I dont belive that Ukraine will qulify, they have weaker and weaker team every season. So I belive in you But Hungary will be tough opponent in this battle...

Err, no prob. Of course you can play with low importance. Since you are nearly (or now definitely) qualified, that is only reasonable. What I said was more of a general statement that things do not evolve in our favor. Like we blowing the easiest of matches and direct opponents playing against already qualified teams. Nothing against you, just some bitterness.

And yes, depending on what happens later and next week it could well boil down to a last matchday battle between Hungary and us.
