Hi guys
Just got my team last week, am in a league where the majority of teams are inactive managers. My question is should I play a few games now on high importance to get a few wins on the board with my crap team? Obviously this will greatly affect my season energy but I am hoping that by upgrading my SA I can pick up much better players as the season goes on, allowing me to win games down the track even with lower team energy.

First of all what have you done with all your money since Season 1? I have been here since season 3 and my facilities are better. You need to improve facilities while playing the market for good players that you can train.
Ziggy and I were lucky to start in 111.12 where there were a lot of no-names at one point and our OTR jumped up.

I sure don't think so. Just Goalie, Technique, and Passing.
Maybe cause he will be more aggressive in coming out and attacking vs staying in the box
