If you are in a tourney it will cancel friendly games. I believe Hockey all games are still run at the same time, in Soccer they depend on the home team. It does take your season energy, but at the rate of friendlies (I believe)

So my first RFA is up, things i noticed so far is that there was a news report telling me basically the deadlines (7 for teams to bid, and then 7 for me to match.

I also noticed in the players screen he shows as a red $ sign, whereas I think players I put up for auction are green $.

I can't see any of the bids, which I expected I guess. So, 7 days from now we'll see the next phase

hmm so even the team doesnt know what amount they need to match. Thats going to suck in a few seasons time when there are lots of top players going up for rfa. Maybe i should start saving.

I will probably get told at the end of the 7 day bidding period by other teams, but no I don't get to see what the current bidding is.

So far the pattern seems to be 21 days before expires, warning about the RFA, 14 days before bidding period begins, and then I assume 7 days before I'll get to match, but won't see his decision until that time.

I'm really happy that my oldest player is only 24 or so.

ha, I wasn't advertising who it was just to not drive up the price, but if so we'll see what happens

Next phase of the RFA process, news item with what I have to play to keep the player, as well as this message

"Our player has presented his signing bonus demands. We have 7 days to decide whether we fulfill his demands or not. Because this is a restricted free agent, our club will receive a compensation in the amount of 50% of the signing bonus in case we decide not to fulfill the player's demands."

Apparently I still don't know who has the "winning bid" the highest offer was 750,000. The player is demanding 525,000. Not sure if that means he accepted that bid but 750 was the most? Or if that's just what I have to pay to keep him.

I had not paid him any bonus's. Debating if I want to match the offer or not Will let you know what comes next! (I have 7 days to decide)
