Have the Fanatics booked out a section of the stadium?

The Aussies will ahve plenty of support even though its in Japan
In a disappointing first result saw Australia go down to Japan 2-1. Both teams brought there A game bad sadly Japan was the better team on the day.
Areas to work on:
Our central defence needs some work as Japan kept attacking through the middle successfully ( this includes David Davidson). Taking our chances was a big part of it to, Australia was on top late in the first half & Early into the second half but we didn't score in this period of the game which cost us as japan scored one of the first chances they had in the second half.
Things we did well:
We created a lot of chances through Eric Burke, Jayden Issacs, and Maxwell Campbell but it wasn't quite Kane billington or Simon Dohertys day. when we went 2-0 down at the 57th minute we didn't just drop our heads & lose the game 4-0 or something we got straight back into the game through doherty but we couldn't quite get the equaliser. Dylan Hamilton did a Fantastic job to keep us in the game with a couple of important saves but it wasn't quite enough.
Our Man of the match: Eric Burke

The ratings were very close and the home ground advantage probably gave them the edge. The return leg looks winnable.
The other results were interesting, particularly Saudi Arabia upsetting England. On the one hand, that makes it a little bit harder for us since we would be hoping to get past the Saudis to qualify. But it also demonstrates that the top teams are all beatable so don't give up hope on upsets
Also interesting were some of the formations used by other nations. We may be able to exploit some opportunities there.

I'll be sure to look at what the country we are verseing has done in previous games.
Our second game is against colombia tomorrow, we should win this game if we are to be a realistic chance to Qualify.
Big blow with Simon Doherty being ruled out.

Unlucky but it happens. I can't see much you could have done differently.
I'll be resigning at the end of the season, thats the second time we have been in the lead half time to then come out and lose or draw.
Well, here are still few more games to go, right??
I would not give up yet, unless u really decided to and u r short w/time or so
O-=
I'm pretty CONFIdent in U, that if u change your mind than u will find a way.. there certainly r reasons why we haven't won.. learnin' progress takes time and those losses could play a major part in later wins..
the NT is a tough thing and it consumes time whether u agree on it or not.. that's why I don't wanna be in that chair and I appreciate the ones that they willing to and like to invest time t
..they r few very friendly and experienced ppl around, such as TB or used to be here another helper from Hungary too, one of them helped me to win the second division literally overnight..
..yes, I'm asking U too reconsider, obviously only if u like..

How we lose to Egypt and then beat Russia I have no idea!
Haha
See how we go against Saudi Arabia, England & Serbia. Then I will make a final decision if I'm going to step down or not.

Yep fantastic win over russia. Good to see Eric Burke coming through with a goal off a fantastic pass.
