I see no penalty on that match? Normal.. He's team is much better on that game and better tactical choices(to my opinion) so he should have that much posession...

Team which have players with ratings 6, 11, 15 and 11 should never lose a midfield by 15% against team which have players with ratings 10, 11, 11, 9 and 7!

Where did you get info that 4-3-3 get's penalized? I've been playing with it for over a season now and it's been pretty good for me, my team isn't penalized any more than if I play a 4-2-2 or anything else.
In all of these matches Portugal played at much greater match importance than their opponents. When you played at the same importance like your opponent you lost 4-1 against Bulgaria...

Ya picture shows 4-3-3 with 2 wingers, I play 4-3-3 with one winger, and have been training my one CF to switch over to right side, are you saying that is going to hurt my team?
Check the colours of the player positions. Wingers in this picture actually shows attackers and in terms of PPM, they are LR and RF, not RM and LM.

Well, i dont see them complaining about their results.
But they are not the first ones arguing that the GE penalizes some formations. I see their point that the GE has some vital field positions which have to be taken by a player otherwise you´ll get a penalization. I think what they are complaining about is that the GE doesn´t compensate an empty position by the skills of the players in the adjacent fields.

When you only complain about your team results then you are pretty selfish, but we (or at least I) simply wants better engine for anyone...
