The user name can be changed only once. After submitting your request, the new user name must be approved. You will be notified about the change via e-mail. Once changed, you will not be able to log in with the old user name. Change of user name is a PLUS pack feature.

If you know that you are not going to be able to log into your account for a longer period, you can assign one user to manage your team in your absence. This permission is given for a period of maximum 30 days or until it is revoked. In order to use this feature, both you and your sitter must be subscribed for the PRO pack in any sport for at least the next 30 days.

You are not a sitter for any user at this time.
