1. Is it possibile to write into foreign discussions?
Yes, but only in the official language of that country, or in English. The official language in international forum is English.

2. What is the Public account?
The public account is publicly accessible account in PowerPlay Manager. The access is granted to all pages of the game even though the person is not registered or logged into the game. You can enter this account by using a direct link for a particular page, or via automatic log-out in case of inactivity for a certain period. In this account, it is not possible to post comments into the forums or send mail.

3. Can I get my team back if it was taken from me?
Yes, you can restore your team for credits on the same page where a new team is created, but only if it was revoked due to inactivity or at your own request. A team that was revoked because of bankruptcy or insufficient number of players cannot be restored. It is also not possible to restore a team which has been taken over by another manager or a team which has been removed from the league structure.
