Oh, didn't realize you won the NC. Link went to my awards. With trophies you can "get" them when you have ProPack. Should you get ProPack you could see them. Right now all it says is:
The team has won at least one trophy...

Anyone who was wondering about the impacts of playing someone day-to-day:
--- Goalie was injured for *2 days* ---
Yesterday (healthy): 197 Goalie Strength
Today (day-to-day): 174 Goalie Strength
Starter = 60%, Backup = 40%
Thus backup attributes 79 Strength. Therefore my starter's "strength" dropped from 118 to 95 which is a 20% drop @ 2 days injury. Assuming it is a linear return to normalcy, playing someone day-to-day reduces their effectiveness by 10%/day.

Question: how do i reduce the number of penalties that my team takes? I always tend to take more penalties than my opponent.
Train technique. This is especially true for dmen. Most people will tell you to train it as much or more than Aggression.
What tujague said. Also team strength, the weaker your team is compared to your opponent the more penalties they'll take.
okay cool thanks. team strength makes a difference eh? unfortunately not in my case. i usually have the higher TS then my opponent but still take more penalties. sucks! but i'll certainly train more technique.
Perhaps it has something to do with your team name
. Jokes. Me likey.

How much does a player between 600/700 OR go for as a RFA. I have never bid on RFA's, so I would like to know a bid that might win.
depends on the position and his CL. RFA is pretty random. You should get a guy like this for about 1M but if your bid is to low the other team can match your offer.
Usually goalies cost more in the transfer market
Ya goalies. However the costs of RFAs has gone way down. My 1100-1200 OR guys generally cost me less than 5M to retain.
That cost may go up with the money bid being released immediately if the team matches the offer on the player. I never put bids on RFA's because if the team matched the offer my money was locked up for a full week.
With that changed I could see more people placing offers on RFA's, and the offers increasing.
