I often check but never see anyone in there... Does the chat system work?
Yup, but it's often empty. I pop in from time to time to chat with myself; we have some good conversations.
It does look like a lonely place... Maybe setting a time to log in would have a few people drop by. I am newish to the game, and slightly obsessed. Chatting with like minded people would be a hell of a lot better than the blank stare I get from my wife!

For the built in chat that is here, i'll just start getting into the habit of keeping it open in a separate window. See if anyone drops by. I am usually on while watching the Oilers play.

Congrats! I wouldn't hold your breath on the chat, I've hardly ever seen it used. But hopefully this will kick some people in the butt to start.
Hopefully it does. Oilers are playing, so I am in there now, in a separate window. Maybe I should start another thread, I am guessing people don't drop in as there usually isn't anyone in there. If others knew a few people would be there they would show up and say hi.
I had it open but I'm heading out now. Also, try to reply directly to the person you're talking with on the forums... it'll send a notification to them so they're aware of your reply.

ah so i'll be getting my national cup champion at the end of this season even though i won it last season?
