I see you have 2 triple floors going with 1000 seats. That's a good start and will be a large boost when they're done.

I can't remember exactly as it's been a while, but I think the most cost effective method for upgrading is to go to a maxed triple floor right away, so once those 2 sections are done try and save up to do a maxed triple for your next section. I think with the construction days it's better to do maxed right away.

I also don't think loans are a bad idea for arena. The quicker you get your arena maxed the sooner your income raises.
