If I send a training camp out right now for 7 days what day will it be back?
Do they leave immediately and does today count or does the counting commence tomorrow? This is crucial as a mistake will lead to a missed playoff game.

they go to camp starting to tomorrow, so you would get them back Saturday of next week... they would miss one playoff game
Thanks for the reply. I think I sent them off in time. I kept clicking send at 10:58 for 6 days. I had to reload and try again and got it off at 10:59. Here's hoping that's under time and I haven't shot myself in the foot!
Good luck! hopefully not, missing them for the first playoff game would be brutal.
Ya, especially after scaling back the training camp!
does a players offense determine his shooting? if I have a player with high offense and lower shooting will he shoot more because he is offensive compared to someone who works more on his shooting then on his offense? if this makes any sense.
Bang on, I believe. The guide addresses this and says that someone with a high offence will take more shots on goal. Not an intuitive design, obviously, as someone with a high offensive instinct would defer to someone in a better shooting position where possible.
that sucks. I have guys who's shooting quality is terrible and therefore was using them to increase the offense stat on a line with players that have a great shooting ability and I was maybe overtraining their shooting ability. will have to see what happens if I put all great shooter together on a line, and all high offense players together without shooting.
Yeah, that makes it rough that the shooters will almost always have lower offense than the other players because of having an extra attribute to train.
SO if someone has a high offence Q and a medium to low shooting Q, is it even worth training shooting? Since it seems the offence attribute will make up for it?
The success of his shots will remain low, as the goals are scored by a comparison between the goalie attribute and the shooting attribute. They said, few seasons ago, that they put more emphasis on the shot attribute and therefore, high shooters should have an advantage while the system decide if their shot succeeded as a goal.
But since high shooters have lower Off, they take less shots.
The question is:
Quality or Quantity?
The question is:
Quality or Quantity?
Quality would be my choice, I think my time performs better when all my good shooters are in.
As a goalie, do you prefer to receive 50 shots from a 6 years old kid or 5 shots from Kovalchuk?
Of course a higher number of shots could result in more rebounds and an increased chance of goalie's mistake.
I have a few players in my team with low shot quality, I basically never trained their shooting. Some of them perform well, some others don't. I have no answer for that...

In my case i was actually not having the problem of the player with higher defense or offence taking more shots. My problem is the exact opposite, in that my Defensemen with Higher df off sh are taking less shots than the players with lower stats, in one game recently my 3 bad dmen in the pairing took all the shots and my stud dmen took none.. and its been like this all season. Ive read and been told alot about the higher off more shots less quality ever since i noticed the beaverslayers few seasons back.
